Do I have to pay the shipping charge?
Our current shipping costs are shown below, Any delivery charges will also be indicated during the checkout, once your delivery address has been entered. If your country is not covered by us currently, please contact us and we will do our very best to help you.
On receipt of an order, we look to ship within 1 working day and deliveries typically take 5 - 7 days. If for any reason you've not received your goods 10 days after placing your order please contact us, so that we can investigate what has happened to your order.
Can I specify a different delivery address?
During the checkout process you will be asked to enter your desired delivery address. This can be different to the billing address you enter.
Can I change the delivery address after I've placed my order?
You can change your delivery address as long as your order has not yet left our shipping depot. In this case please send us a message / email containing your order number and your correct or new address to a member of our team.
Returns. Our policy lasts 1 month. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
