Materials & Craft
Considered materials. Distinctive everyday style.
Materials shape how a garment feels, fits and moves. At Extreme Pop, our approach brings a premium point of view to streetwear, with attention to fabric, construction and finishing. Luxury in the details. Streetwear at heart.
Start with the fabric
Different fabrics bring different qualities to your wardrobe. Jersey, loopback terry, brushed fleece and sweater knits can offer different textures, weights and levels of structure. Fibre composition matters too, but the fibre name alone does not tell you everything about a finished garment.
Check each product's stated composition and fabric details. A cotton-rich casual layer, a structured hoodie and an insulated jacket serve different purposes, so choose the material and fit that suit how you plan to wear the piece.
Construction makes a difference
Fabric structure, seams, cut and finishing all contribute to the finished garment. With over 30 years of in-house production experience, we keep our attention on the details you notice when getting dressed: the feel of the fabric, the fit and the finishing touches.
Woven fabrics interlace yarns, while knitted fabrics form interlocking loops. Both can be used to create considered clothing. The right choice depends on the garment, rather than one construction being universally better.
Choose insulation for your day
A lightweight down jacket offers a different layering option from a heavy winter parka. Compare the individual jacket's filling, coverage, fit and stated weather protection rather than judging warmth by bulk or the filling name alone.
Care for the piece you choose
How a garment wears over time depends on its materials, construction, use and care. Follow the specific care label, check washing and drying instructions and choose your size using the product's fit information.
