This jacket was made with nylon outer fabric and filled with sustainably sourced premium quality pure white goose down. Furthermore, the external fabric is waterproof and specially engineered to prevents the feathers from escaping.

The jacket's design has a flattering slim fit profile that accentuates your figure while providing ample warmth. Zippered pockets are cleverly hidden within Princess stitching, blending style and function.

UK delivery

Free delivery is available on selected items. Standard and Economy delivery options range from free to £12. Express delivery, where available, costs £9–£20.

International delivery

The following ranges cover individual delivery groups. Availability varies by product and destination.

  • Ireland: £10–£20.
  • Other supported European destinations, excluding Russia: £10–£20.
  • United States and Canada: £10–£25.
  • Australia, New Zealand and Brazil: £10 for eligible general-range items.
  • Israel: £10 for eligible items in our T-shirt delivery group.
  • Russia: £10–£50, depending on the items, subject to availability at checkout.

Not every product or delivery service is available for every destination. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before ordering.

Your final delivery charge

These prices are a guide, not a maximum charge for every basket. If you order items from different delivery groups, their delivery charges may be added together, so the total can be higher than the ranges above. Free delivery on one item does not make delivery free for the whole basket.

Your available delivery options and exact delivery charge are shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address, before you pay. All prices above are in GBP.

Delivery times

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day. Depending on the items and service selected, UK delivery estimates range from 1–10 working days after dispatch. International services with a specified estimate range from 2–17 working days after dispatch. These are estimates rather than guarantees; not every service has a delivery estimate.

If your order has not arrived by the end of its estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number.

Delivery addresses

You can use a delivery address that differs from your billing address at checkout.

If you need to correct your delivery address, please contact us with your order number and the correct address as soon as possible. We can change the address only before your order leaves our shipping depot.

Returns. 
Our policy lasts 1 month. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We accept returns, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should be in the original packaging too.

To complete your return, please add the receipt or the proof of purchase in the package.

Refund Policy. 

Refunds.
Once we receive the product back we will contact you via email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a confirmation about the refund.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Products not in original condition, damaged for reasons not due to our error.
Products returned after 30 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@extreme-pop.co.uk.

Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged or change size or colour. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us  at info@extreme-pop.co.uk and send your item to Extreme pop LTD, Woodcroft, Coombe End, Kingston Upon Thames Kingston GB KT27DQ, United Kingdom.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to Extreme pop LTD, Woodcroft, Coombe End, Kingston Upon Thames Kingston GB KT27DQ, United Kingdom

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective from our side. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $45, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
